About Riftgaze

The Short Version

Riftgaze started as a simple question: which free wolf games on Google Play are actually worth the download, and which ones just reuse the word "wolf" in a store listing? Seven games and two genre hubs later, this site is the answer — a small, focused catalogue rather than an attempt to cover every animal game on the store.

This is a one-person editorial project, run out of Western Australia. There is no newsroom and no review team behind the byline — every fact card, screenshot caption and verdict on this site was written by one reviewer, and the "How We Rate Wolf Games" page explains exactly what that does and does not mean for the numbers you see.

The scope is intentionally narrow: real wolves, real Google Play listings, no invented titles. Every screenshot on this site comes from each game's own official Google Play gallery, picked to show what the game actually looks like rather than its most dramatic marketing frame.

Riftgaze does not sell placements, does not run advertising on the site, and does not accept payment in exchange for a review or a score. The site is funded by its own Riftgaze Plus subscription, described in the footer of every page, rather than by ads or sponsored slots.
